Hyderabad Police Uncover LPG Smuggling Operation, 10 Individuals Arrested

Authorities in Hyderabad have arrested ten people involved in a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) smuggling operation. The police seized over 400 cylinders during the operation.
The Hyderabad police have dismantled an LPG smuggling operation, leading to the arrest of ten individuals. This action resulted in the confiscation of more than 400 cylinders of various sizes.
Details of the Seizure
According to a report by NDTV Cities, the seized items included 30 commercial 47-kg cylinders, 148 cylinders weighing 19 kg each, and 35 cylinders of 5 kg. Additionally, authorities recovered 192 empty 19-kg cylinders and nine empty 5-kg cylinders. The operation highlights ongoing concerns regarding illegal LPG distribution in the region.
