Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma held a ceremonial event on Wednesday where he distributed appointment letters to newly appointed officers of the Assam Civil Service (ACS) and other allied services. This event took place at the Damodardeva International Auditorium in Panjabari, Guwahati.
